Horror in Sector 40-D A Panjab University (PU) employee allegedly killed his 65-year-old mother in Sector 40-D, Chandigarh, on Diwali morning. Ravinder Singh Negi (40) reportedly stabbed his mother 16 times with a kitchen knife. She died instantly at the scene. Neighbours Raise
